Jeff started out as a performer, adding composing and arranging along the way, but he eventually fell in love with audio engineering. Mastering was a natural progression — the “big picture” view required to be a good mastering engineer was already built into Jeff's experience through composing and arranging, as well as a lot of time on the bandstand balancing his saxophone and guitar into a group sound.

Jeff has mastered music in all genres, but his particular strengths are in jazz, americana/roots, rock/pop, world and soundtracks. Recent credits include the soundtrack to The Human Experience and albums by The Blue Vipers of Brooklyn and Mad Tea Party.
