Matthew Agoglia was promoted to Senior Engineer in January 2011 after three years as Howie Weinberg's right-hand-man.

Matthew grew up with music, eventually studying piano and composition at Indiana University. He got hooked on recording after getting his first 4 track in high school. After college Matthew assisted at local studios in Boston, and eventually moved to New York, where he worked at Avatar Studios.

During his time with Howie, Matthew assisted on Spoon's Transference, Wavves' King of the Beach and Gorillaz'Plastic Beach, among other big records. Recently, Matthew has mastered albums for Emmylou Harris, Sleeper Agent, Cerebral Ballzy and Emily O’Halloran.
