Alex masters for CD too -- but whether it's digital or analog work, Alex brings incredible ears and expert craftsmanship to every project.

Randy Merrill's clients enjoy the benefits of having his full attention and expert ears devoted to each and every project. Randy's range is very broad and clients from all over the world come to his room at Masterdisk. Mastering Highlights include the modern jazz of Darcy James Argue, Bruce Hornsby's sophisticated pop, Franz Nicolay's indie rock and classical music for the Naxos label.

Matthew Agoglia was promoted in January 2011 after 3 years as Howie Weinberg's right-hand-man. During that time he assisted on Spoon's Transference, Wavves' King of the Beach and Gorillaz' Plastic Beach, among other big records. Recently, Matthew has mastered albums for Emmylou Harris, Sleeper Agent, Cerebral Ballzy and Emily O’Halloran.

Mark Santangelo is Vlado Meller's mastering assistant and has partnered with Vlado on projects for Red Hot Chili Peppers, Weezer, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Shakira, The White Stripes and countless others. His own mastering credits include albums by High On Fire and Neon Trees. Mark is also an expert lacquer cutter and has been building a reputation as a top-tier engineer.

You might say that he's Masterdisk's metal specialist -- and he is. But Graham masters more than metal. For instance, the progressive rock of Russian band Quorum, highlighted on the Masterdisk blog.

He teaches the Audio Preservation session at the Palmer School of Library Science.
